Plug in outside lights - recomendations?

Our corner of the yard is really dark which makes giving the horses the once over in the evening for injury etc really difficult. Despite asking y/o a couple of times, no light has been put up.

We have a couple of outdoor plug sockets... can anyone recomend a heap lighting solution that we can take away with us if / when we leave?
