just been reading through the BHS loan agreement and this part made me laugh:

It is understood by the loaner that the horse:
- turns into a lunatic when galloped in company particularly out hunting (dont they all??!!)
- throws itself infront of large lorries/buses and other vehicles without warning

When I did Hannah's agreement I did chuckle at that and strangely I did remove those statements. However I did add that I had no reason to believe she was traffic shy but had never really done any road work so could not guarantee her traffic proof, so in a way I suppose it could be impyling she may throw herself under lorries!!

yup - its on the BHS website!!! funny isnt it!!

Bloss's will probably read this:
- can buck/rear when excited (ie out hunting) - (they wont be hunting her anyways but i guess you have to put it in)
- has been known to nap in and out of company when out hacking and schooling
- has pollen allergy
- can be difficult to load and nosey (ie banging) in a lorry/trailer
- not to be left unattended in a horse box/trailer

They are aware of all this anyways - gosh it makes her sound like a monster which she certainly isnt!!

When I did Hannah she also sounded like a demon in disguise, she's not but it's safer to list everything, the girl is really pleased with her but would you have taken her on from this description!?!?

- can be difficult to handle in her stable, and has been known to bite, kick and weave.
- can bite or cow kick when doing up girth or grooming in sensitive areas
- cannot be ridden in any bit other than the vulcanite Pelham or vulcanite snaffle.
- is not known to be traffic shy, but has never been ridden on a busy road of any type.

Mine would have to add:
Ends up in next County if a motorbike is in sight
Bites when hormonal
Can get out of any field unless it is electrified to high heaven
Depending on her mood, can often take 10 minutes to get bridle on
Hates other horses touching her

Eeep, mine sounds like a right cowbag too!

Oh, forgot to add to mine:
- has to be in field on own due to high disliking of any other horse
- when hacking in company keep a good distance from other horse or it might have no neck left by the time it gets home (she bites!)
- when catching in from field and its windy hang on for dear life!!!!!!!!!
