Point to point report ......... (with pics)

A long day took R to his first point to point, he pulled up but it was expected led the first circuit and jumped well but it was a bit of a case of too fast too soon. Both horses wanted to lead and there was almost competition from the beginning. He was a good boy and pulling up was not unexpectant.. He led the first circuit but dropped back on the second.
He was sound before loading but is lame this evening but not too bad a few cuts after hitting a fence on his stifle and fetlock. I don't think I have ever been so nervous in my life! He jumped well and lives to fight another day you can’t ask for to much more on a first run.

Well done ,it would scare me to death and good luck to anyone who wants to do it.Bad enough having daughter eventing but with others to make mistakes as well ,I think it takes alot of guts .
