Point to Point vid!

OMG how well behaved is he?
I take it he needs soft/heavy going? You are so brave doing a maiden as your first race, I was told it would be safer in the intermediates, they go faster but there is fewer horses (and generally better ridden).
Are you looking forward to next season already?

Must be a lucky vid - it's the first link I've clicked on in months which hasn't crashed my computer

You've had a really good season - best of luck for next year.

FA - we have a trainer here who runs her decent maidens at the back of Opens first time out - keeps them out of the melee and gives them a good (albeit quick

) lead.

Fantastic - he looks to be a really safe jumper and well done to finish on your first time out. Thank you for posting.
Old Git - unfortunately for your OH, having an eventer doesn't preclude pointing

Thank you everyone! Always wanted to have a go (am only 21 but have wanted to do it since i was 16!) Friends found us the horse who had only run in 2 hurdles at 6 hes now 9! Hes a very good jumper, got our yard am to school him over fences before i did and i couldnt get him off him he liked him that much!! Quite a few to the good p2p jocks thought i was mad riding in a maiden as my 1st ride and that it was zacs 1st run but hey we got round and im very pleased with him!!

FA2 - those were the good bits in the paddock! He did get a little bouncy but still quite good!! Cant wait for next season although i keep being told we will win one (which im sure we can!) hes a very strong finisher and i got to ride in an open at the end of the season and made all so fingers crossed!!
