Point to pointers?

Depends how good they are, 500GBP upwards no limits really.

Why, are you thinking of buying one?

You'd really need to sell him qualified at this time of year I think which sounds a bit tricky. Round here the one's that hunt well sell reasonably but they don't make huge money.

A recent example is an ex champion trainer trained chaser who finished his first season between the flags sound and with a couple of open wins, good hunter and qualified for this season was bought by a friend's father for 2.5k. The horse will be 11 in january.

Have to say we are in the middle of several top NH trainers here though and ex chasers can be picked up for nothing if you know the right people, even very successful ones.

Aren't the criteria for qualifying different this year due to the late start of hunting caused by foot and mouth? It might just be a matter of paying your PTP subscription to get a hunt certificate.

Yes it is that, don't have to hunt to qualify

That sounds quite promising, I like Supreme Leader horses.

Who did he come from?
How old is he and were the races he won chases, and if yes over what distance? Or you can just tell me his name, so I can look it up for myself.

Are you trying to sell him as a pointer, or as something else?
