Pointer owners! Help please!

My friend is making a dog coat for a suprise present for a friend's mum's pointer. However neither she nor I, nor the daughter have a clue how big the dog is, nor can we go and see it as it's miles away. Is there a kind pointer owner can give us a measurement from centre of chest to where a coat would end at the back please.

Is it an English Pointer?

English Pointer bitches are roughly the same as German Pointer Males...

My Male GSP measures 30" and his chest/girth measurement (thought that may help too) is also 30"
