Eeekkk!
Today i rode my gorgeous chestnut horse Corky!
Ok you may say - but Corky has Navicular and has been retired for 2 years!
I had the vet last week as i was concerned about the muscle he was losing over his backend.
After a check it was decided that he is sound enough to be hacked a couple of times a week and this will obv help with the muscle loss.
So today, after 2 years off - he was tacked up!
I got straight on him, and took him on our x country field for a walk around.
He was as good as gold - apart from being stupidly excited and moderate jogging sideways on the way back!
God love him - he also popped himself into an outline and stayed there most of the way round the field!
I LOVE my ginger beast!!
