Went to yard yesterday afternoon. mucked out stable, started chatting, looked up to the old boys field he appeared to be being attacked by *BOTS* so I went to rescue him got to the top gate to find him cantering full pelt towards me he went straight past down to yard luckily i left bottom gate open or he would have smashed into it, and went straight into his stable!
It was soo cute (for all the wrong reasons) as he is retired but it just made me feel happier as he was 100% sound when trotting and cantering which he hasnt been since diagnosed with arthritis 2years ago. Just proved to me there is life in the old boy yet
as he never trots/canters in field(prefers to eat) so i could never tell until then!
However i hate bots evenmore as spent the next 30mins with bot knife and on his white bits its not easy to spot...fly rug will be out when the sun appears again!!
