i may be making this up as i go along but cant remember if i read it or where but is it true that you now get points at JRNs??

Yes you do if the horse is grade 3 or 4 (so already has less than 21 points)

Yes but as a JRN horse it will be able to remain at JRN (Novice) and not move up to ON.

Is it just grade 3 and 4 horses or all horses now?
