Sky are showing a really good programme about police horses in Manchester. I watched it today, if you have Sky + its on anytime or Animal Planet channel 525 its being repeated.

The grey newbie was very nice as well.
Can you believe that some drunken yob punched one of the police horses in the face. Some people are beyond belief.
I used to work just down the road from where the GMP stables are, always used to see the horses going past. Standing joke in our office that if they could here hooves on the road, I would be stood at the window watching them pass.
