Polish horse colour words. Translation help needed

Hi,

I need to translate my new horse's Polish passport. Please can somebody tell me what these words mean. I *think* they all relate to horse colours but could be way off:

gniadosrokata
gniada
kara

There are also some abbreviated words:

gn.
c.gn
c.gn.sr

Also, the breed is listed as "typ szlachetny". What does this translate as?

This means the horse has some continental warmblood blood added. It literally means 'noble breed' but the type varies across the Szlachetna Polkrew stud book.
