I complained to Lush last week and got the standard statement. I spent some time looking at the HSA website (which sickened me even more) as I wanted to be able to send an informed reply which I did and I am still awaiting a response. I doubt I will get one. One of the things that I commented on (besides the obvious) was their lack of customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Lush for a number of years and to be dismissed in such a manner at the end of their statement made me furious. If I treated my customers with the same "don't bother us again" attitude I would, quite rightly, be deluged in complaints. Therefore I will be lodging another complaint about their customer service.

I looked at the HSA website too, never looked before and i couldnt believe the crap i was reading.
One of the worst things I read was "Make jokes about Sabs and soap, but all the Lush soap in the world will not wash the blood off your kids' faces or your bloodstained hands..." that is just totally disgusting!!
