my mare headshakes - a nose net 'cures' it for ridden work but ideally i'd like to take away the other symptoms (think a hayfever sufferer - puffy runny eyes, runny nose etc etc)

last year i tried pollenx and it def helped - symtoms reduced - £40/month approx but worth it. still needed nosenet

global herbs say try pollenex first - then shakefree as an additional suppliment fed alongeside pollenex if needed

this would take suppliment bill to £80/month - so i wondered if anyone feed just shake free and has had good results? or if people do tend to feed them together?

Thanks :)

I use shake free on its own and it works well. However, my horse also has regular shiatsu treatments which makes an enormous difference, the shake free is back up really (although I did start before the pollen season, back in early march)
