Polo - how to school book?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a book that covers how to train and school a polo pony? It's a gift for someone, I am not a polo player.

I've tried Amazon and everything is either ridiculously expensive or written in 1930!

I don't know of a book but I do know that ROR do a DVD on how to re-school a racehorse for polo. I haven't seen it myself but my friend swears by it, I think it features David Morley.
