Has anyone got any experience or advice wrt this?

New horse and the vet will be out monday to take a look as he doesnt like his ear being touched and is being a bit flinchy when getting bridle on past his ear. I do feel sorry for the poor Mite :-(

Im worried about what can be done?!!! No way would he let me add cream/drops etc... to ear. Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge on this

.....Be greatly appreciated

Are they white dots? Known as aural plaques, I believe they are viral, and they itch/hurt them like hell. Because they are viral they should go in time even if you can't treat them. Beware of trying to treat them, you may end up with a seriously headshy horse, they usually really do hate them being touched.

They are also harmless, by the way.
