ponies attacked in Cornwall

Two schoolgirls went to go for a ride to find their ponies had had there manes and tails cut with scissors and the attacker left the mane and tail hair in a heap on the floor in the ponies field.They also had there rugs slashed.The ploice do not know if this is a personal vendetta or the start of another slasher.

That is horrible, but I am glad to hear that the poniers were not harmed and fingers crossed they will remain unharmed, still cannot beleive that if someone does hate the family/mother/children that they would take it out on their innocent pets!

I instantly thought I knew who's horses could have been attatcked becaue I've been half temped to cut some manes myself! A tad harsh cutting tails off and slashing rugs and trailer tyres.

God that's hideous!! When I was a student, one of the lecturers really had it in for one girl (on a different course to me) and she hacked off her horses forelock and tail - there was no proof, but we all knew who had done it - not that she bragged - too much anyway! Silly cow!!
