Ponies Found.

2 14.2hh mares, one black/dark bay, the other liver chestnut. Both welsh c/d looking. Found wandering by Westlodge Hotel on Hadley road in Enfield, at 9pm last night. They are currently safe in a field at my yard, The police are aware and we've flooded face book with details of them.

not necessarily as if they were living out there are a lot of people who will only check them once a week as not everyone does things the way people on here do. also possibly the owners have gone away and the person supposed yto be checking them has decided its too cold to bother and will just top up the hay and water before the owners come back

OP hope there was a happy reunion, did the ponies stray far?

They where turned out at a farm who's land backs onto the road our yard is on. but weren't in the field by the road, they where next too the farm house, so crossed 4 or 5 big fields, some crop land and a road wandering into hotel grounds, which is where they where found, the police put them in one of our fields with our farmers permission, Owners where very relieved. I was half hoping we could end up keeping them as I really liked the Chestnut.
