I'm looking for some info either on riding schools ( the good, the bad, the ugly) in Isle of Man, or ponies looking for a friend.

The little girl who rides my dartie is moving over there in next few months and is heart broken to be leaving her behind. To try and ease everything for her I said I'd try and find things out so she can be riding/ around horses straight away.

She is the lovelies child ever and I would love for her to find something over there.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I run the facebook group of Unaffiliated XC Course Photos and we have had a number of xc course albums uploaded by the Isle of Man pony club. They have a facebook page and seem pretty active, may be worth a message to them :) Hope she finds something!

I have no idea where they will be living but the parents will do more or less anything to make sure she finds something right for her.

Thank you I shall look on fb.

Pony club do a lot - but you need your own pony for ridden rallies - tabletop you can do without obviously:D

To be honest there are only a couple of riding schools and I wouldn't personally be rushing to either.

I have a pony that is going to be looking for a competent jockey - I am based in the south.

Send me a PM if of any interest

You can also look on manx-equine-services.co.uk for most info you will need
