Pony abuse: Dave the dolphin meets Jump Jet Fergie...

I'm liking the spider, I want one. Reckon those long foam things kids have in swimming lessons could make nice legs. Along with an old feed bin. However, given the weather the triple we had set up in the field a few weeks ago is now a huge water complex with the rain.

funny you should say that, little legs, that's what we were doing last week :D

my field was like one giant water complex earlier this week too :( Lakes, slopes, streams and everything.

Lol, ours has a crosspole into the water, two strides to an upright who's groundline is completely submerged, then one stride through a foot of water to a spread where you jump back to dry land. Still, lots of fun to be had jumping puddles & newly appeared ditches & streams.

Was it my amazing matchy matchy outfits that gave me away? ;) :D Or perhaps you had seen pictures of me and my horse doing amazing lateral work like this?

I saw Adelinde Corny - Whatsit doing a canter pirhouette just like this on Horse & Country recently. And I'm pretty sure she got a 9 for it! I am dead impressed! My Blaze can only manage a stressage move like this when she sees a donkey! Please pm me step by step instructions. :D

1) buy (for reasons you can't even understand, from a friend, so you've known the horse for years) the biggest knobber horse you can find with a reputation for being an unruly yob
2) spend no time schooling said horse, just razz it around hunting a bit
3)throw on lorry and take to stressage on the most horrible day of the year weather wise
4) unload, jump aboard and proceed to warm up with flappy banners and scary other horses
5) voila! Beautiful piris like you can see in my picture. Add a mixture of laughter and growls/swearing for the full effect :D

Simples see :)
