Pony Club Help!

Does anyone know how to start a branch of the Pony Club? We dont have one in Shetland and the Riding Club is getting loads of junior members and enquiries about PC.
Had a look on their web site but couldn's see anything.

Try contacting their HQ? Either that or asking the DC of your nearest branch? Sorry, not really sure but I'd imagine that would be the best way to go about it.
