Novice is the same as BE Intro, PC level 3. XC 2'11" 90cm and SJ a little bit bigger.

at our areas the sj is 80 to 90 and the xc is 90 max. the champs at chesire are a little bigger, and the sj there was big for novice!!1
novice is slightly easier than intro though i think!
(only know this cos' i was at intermed sansaw champs last year and our lorry broke down so we had to stay at the novice champs with our novice team - lets just say 20 people arriving unexpectadly living in the back of the lorry is a little cramped!!! also had very large support for the novices...)

Down here the Novice is usually run over BE Intro courses.
