Do the pony club produce local news letters were you can advertise? for instance The South East. I was never a member! Any one know who I need to contact? (Pony for loan / to ride type add)

Yes and you can also advertise on the website. You need to find your local branch on the website

The best thing to do is get in touch with the DC of your local club, she will be the finger on the pulse and will be able to help you find someone who can help you directly or even know of a family looking for a suitable pony.

All you do is put Pony Club in Google , then go to: Branch and then put in your area and it will give you the details of the local branches and their details.
This site would also be a place to put your info on the pony.
