Pony coughing and the dentist

I had the dentist for my pony on sunday. she was a little witch and had to have more work done than usual but he managed to get her done. but she is now coughing! has only started since the dentist has been! may be coincidental? she already has her hay soaked for 30 mins or so and is on dust extracted shavings. any one got any ideas why shes coughing? oh and theres no snot involved!

With a gag on, pony's head up and struggling, she may have breathed in her own saliva. I'd get the vet out ASAP. This can lead to pnemonia.
