He usually can't wait to get back to his friend and his paddock but today he planted about 10 metres from the gate. He really didn't want to go in! It is very muddy but I am giving lots of hay (there are 2 and they are eating a bale a day). There is grass but not much dry :-(
I am feeding them hard food twice a day but because pony is a very good doer I only give him chaff and a handful of speedi beet. He does seem a bit low and lacking in energy.
