My son has just turned 11. He is very keen to try carriage driving. He has a co-ordination and balance problem but doesn't let this stop him trying new activities. My question is where do I start looking for lessons for him. He rides regularly but unfortunitly the riding school doesn't do driving. All ideas greatly apprieciated.

Contact the British driving society, they have a list of instructors on their website. There is also a branch of RDA that does driving with all the usual competitions. Watch out tho, driving is highly adictive!

I don't know where you live but John Parkers yard in Norfolk is fabulous.Worth going for a treat if you live too far away to go regularly.
