I am thinking about putting my little mare on loan, she is 13.1hh, Connemara x, she will be 13 years old on the 30th June. She is a pretty little thing, has nice paces and a good jump. 100% to hack, box, shoe, clip etc. Great in the heaviest traffic, does prefer to hack in company these days as has been attacked by dogs a number of time, she will go on her own but can be slightly jumpy and very weary of big dogs - in company she is fine and will happily walk past a barking dog!! I've owned her since she was 10 months old, so almost 12 years. We have done hunter trials, show jumping, lots of showing, and a bit of dressage, she is a very versatile, happy pony who gives her rider so much in return for a bit of tlc but is not a novice ride as can be cheeky. She thrives on attention & would spend all day giving kisses and cuddles! She is based at home, on our private yard right by Crofton Manor, in Hampshire. I am happy for her to move home, but do not want her to go the other side of the Country as I do not want her travelling for hours. I have bred 1 foal from her in 2005 who turned out to be a gorgeous, talented young pony with a real look at me factor! She is herself actually Blue and White and homozygous for the Tobiano gene, however her colour has faded with age and is not so noticeable. I would possibly consider loaning as a Broodmare, as I would love to see more of her beautiful babies, however she must not be overused and must still receive lots of love and attention. The same to a ridden home, her care and wellbeing must come before any ridden work, and she must not be ridden for over and hour in the school.

If anybody knows of somebody who she may suit please let me know as she is completely wasted at the moment due to me getting back into my dressage riding & wanting to work with horses more than my darling pony!!x
