I think he's getting a serious attitude problem!!

Yesterday my pointer was milling about outside his stable and he totally went for her!! She just managed to crouch/run out if the way or he'd have taken a chunk out of her back!

Then today we went on a hunt ride, my dad got him ready for me and apparently he was mean to him too and kept giving him dirty looks. got to the ride and they set off with out us so me and a few friends went on our own little ride - well, he was soooo naughty!! He was really excited and strutting about which is ok, but he was really funny about anyone/thing being near him - if we passed bikes/walkers he was pretending to be really scared and then bolting off the other side, and was his usual evil self to all the other horses.

Put it this way you wouldn't think he was the only experienced hunter of our group he was being such a prat!

So it would appear he now only likes me, my mum and Caffrey! He's not always been like this, but as he's getting older he's becoming a big fat bully and the better he feels in himself the worse he is!

any idea's why he might be such a sh*t with all other animals??

It's like he thinks he's a stallion or something the way he prances round!

I think he forgets we all know he's a big gay boy who is in love with the next door neighbour!

Lets hope he gets a bit more friendly soon!

I think it's something in the air. My normally loving, placid, kick along has been a total nightmare this weekend. She tried to clear off with me when turning her out, took off with me on a hack, spooked at everything, pulling faces at everyone, headbutting, threatened to kick me.... I am just assuming the grass must be coming through with all this rain and mild weather.

Oh dear, can't answer why but will say that my horse can be exactly the same! He is a right bully to the other horses and sometimes goes to beat up dogs if he thinks they might be in his way...

However he is very friendly to people and thinks they are there purely to give him attention.

Im so glad im not alone!! These last few weeks with my gelding have been torture too, serious attitude problem, not helped by me being pregnant so cant sort him out myself, he's chuffed to bits with that tho! Def sounds like theres something in the air, cant put my problems down to new grass as my pony isnt allowed to graze so cant be that thats causing his problems!!

yep must be something in the air my boy has turned into a right xxx!!!xx spooking at anything that passes him on the roads used to be bombproof on the roads nipping barging tried schooling today had to give up before i killed him oh dont you just love em
