Pony saddle adult rider

Hiya,

Im looking for saddle recommendations for my pony. The maximum size of saddle for his back length is 16.5”. I need around a 17.5” seat. I’ve heard you can find these saddles but I’ve never had such a small horse so I’ve not a clue where to start!

Any help appreciated

EDIT: as below I mean longer panelling for my legs!

I know you can get pony saddles with longer panels to accommodate long legs, but I'm not sure about a longer seat on a smaller saddle? I'm guessing this would be a made to measure job, which wouldn't come cheap?
