Pony shedding already

My rising 2 yr welsh pony is shedding already and quite a lot. my other two shetlands (also rising 2) arent shedding at all? Is this normal

mine are both shedding too!

Depends on horse, one of ours is on box rest currently so under lights for most of the day, she is already shedding however, the rest are clinging on to theirs!

My horses where shedding like crazy of the their backs, they had high blanket clips I had the lot clipped off yesterday.

Dave starts as soon as the days start to lengthen. Shedding yak. Delightful.

Mine usually start end of Jan, but nothing so far this year.

Yes both mine too. Usually mine starts casting a few hairs around Christmas time.
