Hi, (post no. 2!)

just wondering whats the max age for pony trials riders? i will be 17 in April and suspect i may be too old? Joining my sisters 14.2ish pony next year so guess i had better stick with JRN's if we get that far! (thinking ahead!). Also what height is 150cm, in hands? thanks

yep max age is 16 and you have to be 16 within the year you are competing whether that be on the 1st of January or the 31st December. Your last year in ponies was effectively last year as you were 16 last April.

150cms is just over 14.2, 148 is technically 14.2 so im guessing nearer 14.3?
