People coming to see my baby on Sunday - soo nervous/excited already!!

Been so long since Iv'e sold one, anyone got any tips for me? Things as a seller I should be asking?

Where going to keep it? Can you come to see the set up are they willing for you to come and see? If local which vets they use, maybe Farrier too? I suppose trying to ensure they are genuine

What are they looking for etc etc Will it be with other horses in / out etc?
