Took my daughter to do some jumping today and I'm so proud of her. It was meant to be 1ft 9, but nearly all the jumps were half way up my thigh. My daughters only just 9yrs and so brave, she really wasn't sure her pony would get over the jumps but she went ahead and gave it a go.

First time round she cleared the first two jumps, which regained her confidence and managed to go round with only one stop, so not to be defeated she did a second round, but Bumble was jumping like a stag and wasn't being easy, she ducked out on the second part of the double and they parted company, but Jade got straight back on and was more annoyed that she wasn't going to get her clear round rossette than the fact that she had fallen off.

Jade then begged and pleaded to go again as she was sure she could do a clear round. All was going well until she got left behind and fell off and landed on her head.

I can't believe how brave she is, I wouldn't even have jumped the jumps, let along do it three times when your being jumped out of the saddle.

Proud mother moment over.

Anyway, I'm about to post the video in the picture gallery if you fancy a look.
