I had to rush Flick to the vets tonight - I've no idea how she did it, but I left the dogs inside as usual whilst I lunged Bob, went to get them for their walk before feeding them and Flick had got a chunk out of the top of her head
Took one look and thought it needed stitches, it looked at first glance like a small flap of skin but it was quite deep
So dashed up to the vets, refused to leave her there and waited around in sunny Ledbury whilst they gave her a general and stitched her up - apparently the wound went quite far back under the skin from the original entry place
So this is what she looks like now:
She didnt fancy any tea when we got home so she is sleeping next to me at the moment - guess who will be sleeping on my bed tonight too
Luckily I dont have to be at work til 11am tomorrow so can make sure she is OK before I go, then can leave her seperately from the other two.
Lots of 'get well soon' hugs for Flick please
