Poor foal (This may upset some people)

My step-Dad works for the local council and yesterday he was called into work to pick up a dead newborn foal from the Belboughton area of the Midlands. I feel heartbroken, apparently it was dumped near a weir. How can people do this?? I feel like crying just thinking about it. Sorry if i have upset anyone.

Unfortunately, its not the first time ive heard of things like this happaning

Its such an awful thing to do. At least i know that my step-Dad would have treated the foal with the respect that it deserves.
