Oh god, having an emotional day at work! I saw a video on a thread in Tack Room about galloping ponies being lassoed to the ground and breaking their necks. And now I've just seen this on Daily Fail, very sad. Their faces in the first picture really gets to me, they're looking so hopeful in the midst of their despair.

Where's the point of making an order like this and then doing Nothing!? Besides they'll probably just be moved to somewhere just as bad and the neglect continues.. Grrrrrhh

Oh no, don't apologise! I just felt so bad for the horses I know exactly, some organisation needs to pull their finger out and go rescue the poor beasts themselves!!

Come on.... the law is a joke. Ban him from keeping every and any living creature on teh planet. That will cover it all.

I wouldn't even let him keep a vegetable patch.
