oh god... the "owner" had tried to drown her when she half way through having her pups..

(Similar story over here, some git tied dumbbells to his alleged PitxGSD after it allegedly bit his kid, and he allegedly couldn't afford to get it PTS and he allegedly couldn't wait til after the weekend for the dog warden to collect it, I wonder what the real story was...)
