Poor Moocinda

Maddie has turned into a bit of a witch the last few weeks - just generally bad tempered and full of it.

Had her back done, which has improved her no end (she was stiff as a board and had 2 trauma points on her spine and her tail was like a rock!) but she's still been a bit gobby and not happy in her mouth.

I didn't want to wait for the dentist so got the vet out. Turns out she had a wobbly wolf tooth on her right side which would probably explain her hate of the right rein? We were debating whether to take it out there and then and it fell out while the dentist was rasping the tooth behind it....

Hopefully she'll settle a bit now - poor pony

I now have to take my life in my hands and ride in a dually/hackamore for 2 weeks

One of the liveries rides in a bitless bridle. When Bob had his op she let me have a rideon her horse, I know it's all psychological but I didn't like it. I kept thinking 'no bit, no bit!!!' and I suspect he sensed that!!!

they're weird - but ok! you'll soon get used to it!
hopefully she'll feel better soon!

I don't mind hackamores so we should be ok - question is whether she does.

We might end up doing xc in it on the 30th, which will be fun!!!

As with all of my horses, she has to have more than one name!

Maddie turned into Maddie Moo, turned into Mooster, turned into Moocinda!

We're thinking that Madam Medusa or Material Girl will be her show name.......
