I have never asked for vibes before........and it's nothing serious, but I'm quite worried about my old boy.

He is nearly 30 and hasn't been right for the last two weeks

It's really annoying since he is not desperately ill but he is just not himself at all. He's really quiet and has barely put his ears back at me at all (he is usually an awkward old bugger!

).

He is weeing alot at the moment too

I was going to get the vet out when i noticed the weeing but he has perked up the last couple of days and I'm not sure if I was just imagining it. I'm hoping it's just his coat changing and the time of year but vibes would be appreciated!

Zoom has been away for a week so I'm hoping when I pick her up tonight he will perk up...............they are major boyfriend-girlfriend.

It's so hard when they are old, I lie away thinking about him

My lad will be 31 in January and he has not been quite right for a week or two. Nothing serious as you say. He is eating, although I had to cut his hay down as he was thowing most of it around his stable. It may be the change in the season, I don't think they cope as well as they get older and just need some extra time and tlc.

Thanks guys. I have been spending a couple of hours before work down there (knackering!!!) and have been giving him a hot breakfast which he seems to like.

he will be better when zoomi comes back if not i would call the vet hope he is better poor old boy bless!!!!!!!!!!!!

My oldie has been a bit down recently, I think it coincides with growing his ultra plushy winter coat. I have checked his weight record and he always dips quite dramatically at this time of the year then recovers next month. Must take it out of them, growing all that fur!

I hope Monty will pick up when he sees his girlfriend.
