Shes suddenly gone very lame :(

No squealing or anything just mum went in the kitchen to feed the cats and when she came out she was on three legs.

Had a good feel and there was nothing obvious I can feel so shes currently feeling sorry for herself in her crate. Vets in the morning if she's still sore.

Poor baby.

Perhaps she got run off her little legs at the barbie, I do think a vet visit isnt out of order if you are worried.

I grew up with a Corgi and she was a fantastic dog certainly my mums dog of a lifetime.

awww poor Quila, she's not scagged a pad or something:confused: the JRT did this not so long back, came in almost doing a handstand because he'd ripped the pads on both his back feet:rolleyes:

Awww hope its nothing serious.

Something ive found very useful to keep in is Arnica tablets, Elliot was on 3 legs a few weeks ago and i was told to give him the arnica, he was back on form within about a week :)

I was convinced a while ago Ellie had done a cruciate, fortunately it was weekend and I decided to metacam and see how she was by the monday, she wasnt weight bearing at all for 24 hrs and then miraculously was all better! Milo sends kisses :D

Poor Quila. Hopefully as others have said it is just a pull. Unless they are screaming in pain I usually just rest for a day or two, on lead exercise etc, before consulting the vet, arnica or anti inflammatory is a good idea but don't forget the latter might mask pain so give a day or two off it before you start fast exercise again.

I was not impressed when I went downstairs (after a little lie in convinced it was a vet job) to find her totally find and she's been bouncing round the garden all day (despite best efforts to keep her calm and quiet). Little drama queen! lol.
