Symptoms are:

..possible increased thirst..hard to tell for sure as he shares a bowl with two others but alot of water is being consumed.
..weight gain despite being on next to nothing.
..dripping wee occasionally.

Apart from that he's a well as usual..

He's an 8yr old JRT..

Thyroid/cushings...could be anything really...make an app for your vet asap to have a check up and some tests.
