My silly horse who has been off for nearly yr after damaging his suspensory for the second time! Is now poorly ( He's only been back in work 2 weeks!) and trust it to be when i canceled his insurance on Monday!

He used be eventer and now can't obviously because he keeps breaking. Thought wasn't much point keeping him insured and now he's ill.
He's got low white and red blood cells, and the vets think he made him self ill, because he's quite a stressy!

He actually wanted to come in from the field today after being out for 15 mins, he's never does that, and he's so quiet.

Poor pony, though I am giving him loads of attention, which I think he rather likes.

My knowledge of blood chemistry is not good
The low white cell count is probably due to stress
The low red count--is there any chance your worming is not up to date for encysted redworms or tapeworms. I think you still need to do basic preventative worming even on stable rest.
My neighbours bought a TB out of training--he was very skinny and got thinner he was loaded with redworms
