Poorly Pooch

My dog has been sick about 6 times this morning, in about a 2 hour period. It's a yellowy-foamy colour and texture (sorry!) and the dog is generally a bit quiet but alert, tail wagging etc. Not eaten anything out of the ordinary, not picked anything up on a walk but looks a bit 'tucked up' around hip area. Was perfectly fine last night and even early this morning.

Would you be worried, and what would you do to 'treat'? (very inexperienced dog owner, hence advise needed!)

You don't mention if the dog is male or female - if female, has she been spayed? Eaten anything that could have caused an obstruction? Could just be a stomach bug...the tucked up appearance does suggest that the dog is in pain. Is he or she drinking more than normal?

Has your dog eaten or drunk anything since being sick. Does he have a temperature. If no better in the morning I would take to the vets.
