I took Sprocket round to Puppy's today for a little family reunion and we took them for a walk in the snow...

Just to say, Sprocket is the spoilt boy with his little coat on, and Fraggle is the poor neglected little puppy without one :D

They are just adorable and I love the way the Poplet name stuck It suits them down to the ground. I am sooo broody for a pup right now but OH won't let me have one. We do have a couple of kittys line up for Feb though. :)

Can you create Popples as a breed please Puppy?! I don't condone willy nilly breeding schemes but we really do need more Popples and Poplets in the world....one for every AAD member for a start! Also you have very good record of continuity and consistent breed type so far! :p :D

Quila wanted me to tell you that if you decide to have any more Poplets, she would like a little brother or sister who's better at playing than Jack who's boring and rubbish :p ;)

Slinky is so mean to me.... I've been very good this year I'll have you all know! Yes, you'll just have to take my word for it :p

Puppy, if you won't GIVE me one, and you won't BREED me one then I'm going to be forced to go back to my old ways.....won't be Santa coming down the chimney (but leave some wine out anyway)  :D :D

Poplets are indeed very good at playing :D

:D :D

Although, I maybe shouldn't have let Fraggle watch the Olympia dog agility earlier, as she now keeps jumping on the table

LOL! Good luck finding a chimney to our house (the fire is gas :p) or any spare wine

I *may* breed another litter of Poplets in the future, but obviously not for a while, so time will tell ;) :)

As usual gorgeous poplet piccies. I actually don't think the dad had any input inthis litter, they are just popple mini mes.:D

LOL! I can see why you might say that, but Daddy is definitely influential :) (and a good job too, with what a super worker he is, and with what he cost :p)

Sprocket shows much more spaniel than the girls. He has the hugest ears :D and the most lovely big jowls. He has big paws too - I think he'll be the biggest of the 3 :) Fraggle is indeed *very* like her Mama Pops though; almost a clone! And I get them confused at times :o but still you can tell that she has a great percentage of spaniel/lesser percentage of terrier  She is more affectionate/eager to please and proving that bit easier to train/less independent than Pops was at this age.

I don't have a proper pic of daddy, but this is Molly - pure working cocker - and is the spit of, as well as being by the same daddy as Fraggle & Sprocket - funnily enough she is only about a week older than Popple -

And this is Molly & Popple together - so you can see how alike they are anyway -

Like Hen said once - Popple is pretty much a smooth coated cocker! :D

When we were walking them yesterday, when Weevil's pics were taken, people thought all three of them were puppies from the same litter  Popple clearly has great youthful genes! I am jealous! :p
