After keeping a diary of our mare's cycles for the last 2 months, vet has concluded that we should try her on Regumate. I asked if we could have the porcine (as it's cheaper) but on our notes it said we were to have the equine and told us how much to give.

However when the Regumate arrived (in the post) they have sent the Porcine one instead of the equine

The invoice inside states equine so a bit baffled.....
While I know it's cheaper should we give a lesser amount per day as it looks like the ratio is different and could be stronger than the equine (I may be wrong here

Mare is TB x cob and about 15hh, vet said 9-10 ml per day, so should we give one or two squirts of the equine?

It's normally just one full squirt (if it's in the white can with the green top).

You depress the top, wait 2-3 seconds and then release to administer the dose.
