Portable horse washers

I'm looking at getting a portable washer that I can use to rinse my horse after training and competitions and at home during the winter to get clay mud off her legs.

I've found there are two types that are battery operated and can be run off a car 12v plug if the battery is dead. The nomad 18v and the aqua2go!

There is a £70 price difference and the benefit of the more expensive one is that the battery charges in one hour whereas the other takes 8 hours. Both battery types run continually for about half and hour before running out.

Obviously I don't want to be constantly charging over the winter months as it will be used every day.

Just wondering if anyone has the nomad or the aqua2go washers and what they think of them?

Ps I can't consider the hot horse showers that are gas powered as I am disabled so would have problems moving it around the yard let alone loading it on the trailer.
The little ones above can be used with hot or cold water so it's them that I'm really interested in.

Thanks

I have the Mobi Washer V17 for horses which I've had about 4-5 years now and its been absolutely fab. I fill with hot water and another small container with hot water and that cleans off 2 horses with ver direty legs and 2 dirty tails. Having looked at the aqua2go it looks like the same thing just a different colour and re-branded. I did a comparison Mobi versus the Nomad and decided on the Nomad. I hope this helps.

My previous post should of said that I decided not to purchase the Nomad due to cost and I think it was tank/water capacity.

I bought a Nomad recently - I know a couple of people who were very pleased with theirs. It is great, not just for washing off after competitions but also for washing the inside of the lorry (especially as madam likes to pee in the lorry as soon as she's loaded....). I did look at the Mobi but the reviews weren't as good (bike magazines). The Lithium ion battery wasn't available but I've got a dual charger if I ever want to upgrade from the Nicad in the future, although I'm quite happy with it at the moment.

I have the Nomad Nicad with a spare battery too - it really racked up the cost, but hubby was insistent that I would be pleased in the long run. It is brilliant. The horses love it I also use it for the trailer and the dogs. Very pleased indeed and if you intend to use it that frequently I would recommend the Nicad as it means the battery does not suffer with memory loss.
