Portable ramp???

Hi

This might sound silly but does anyone know where I could get a portable ramp that will take the weight of a horse?

My horses stable door has a step of about 1ft. He has just been diagnosed with osteoartritis in 3 of his vertabrae and although having tildren, rest, synequin and physio to manage the condition I feel that the step might agrevate his problem. He is at livery so whatever I do needs to be removable.

I have a handy boyfriend but he is not feeling very confident about building something to take the weight of a horse. The horse is a 562 kg cob so no lightweight!
