I was looking at the cost of getting a horse wash fited to the lorry and it was a lot more than I thought it would be so I started looking at portable washers and the two I found were the Nomad or the Mobi. The nomad has a 14L tank and the Mobi a 17L tank, the Nomad is £40 more expensive than the Mobi. Does anyone use either of these and can recommend one or can you suggest another (cheaper maybe ;)) option?

I am probably asking for the impossible as I would ideally like this for this coming weekend so availability is quite important.

I have a mobi 17l and i love it. Was great in the heat at the weekend, used after the xc on horse and me :D
I filled it with warm water in the winter to bath with, great for that too. I got mine of ebay a few years ago though. Thoroughly recommend, 17l very adequate for 1 horse.

I have a mobi washer after reading recommendations on here. Haven't yet used it to wash the horse as have been off games for a couple of months, but it's sturdy and simple to use :)

It should cost a lot less than one of those units to fit a horse wash in your lorry you need a tank to hold the water and a shurflo pump that cost about £80 and a little fitting.

I have a mobi 17l, its fab :).

Use it to bath with and then for washing off after xc. I bought a lorry recently and rather than put a horse wash in, I just had a 12v socket as the mobi is so portable :D.

Have mobi it is great also got torch come battery for things that run off cigarette lighter and that is fantastic.
