Just heard back from Portman HQ - Tigers_eye is competing William.
T_E is full of cold, so didnt sound very well
snif snif
Anyway, William did a fair dressage she said, and thinks she scored at 32 - which is excellent IMO for their first event of the season.
The Sjing they rolled a pole, apparently William felt a tad flat, and wasnt enjoying the atmosphere. Even contemplated whether the young boy was enjoying it. Hey ho he was fabby in the arena, and just rolled the upright (maximum height) coming out of the combi.
On to the xc and she said his ears now pricked forward
he was back to his old self YAY!
Steamed round the course, a couple of times he took over as mum got it slightly wrong, and she said she could hear him saying *FFS mother leave it to me*
Apparently the course was def more accuracy questions than anything big. And she rode in double reins and didnt get in to a flap wtih them either
So all in all, a great start to her 2 days at Portman.
Should hear confirmed scores shortly.
Liberty is up tomorrow in the PN.
