So went to pop in the yard fri eve to make feeds, forgot I'd left teds plopsey in the ménage, so much to my friends delight had to go in with killer heels to get it out. See photo below. It's posh poo-picking.

Do you ever go to the yard in not so usual wear? and what was it?

Excuse the ridiculous face. Lol

I always go to the yard in my work wear which is frequently a long floaty skirt or even a wrap-over (which is very revealing if it is windy!). I just put my boots on which makes me look really eccentric but do I care? No!! I even tuck my long skirts up into my knickers in the winter to avoid mud splashes!
Sometimes I have to say there is a slight odour "de cheval" on my clothes which isnt a good thing in a non-horsey office!

I have skipped out and hayed up my stables in a ball gown after getting back home at night, it looked a bit grubby next day but after a few drinks I wasn't too bothered at the time!
That is posh, can I join your posh gang!

Don't realy do posh frocks lovey , but i do look quite fetching in jim jams and wellies , good thing the neighbours are well out of sight eh!

You've just reminded me that I've left Icy's in the menage yesterday. Good job the YO away this weekend. Will have to get up early and remove evidence before he kill's me! Also just reminded me, was going to a funeral straight from work and didnt have time to change after I did Affy. Knew no one was around at that time in the morning so went to muck out in a black skirt and wellies (changing into heels in the car). The next day the YO dad happened to metion to my sister that I'd made his week tripping across the yard in a mini skirt (it wasnt). But I was mortified!

Brilliant!! More the merrier!

You know that old advert
Where the girl where's a really nice dress to work as a waitress.... Well that's how I'm gonna be at the yard from now on...,

Just need some pretty dresses! :)

Heels are new look btw! :)

I have a lovely pic of getting my horse to bow wearing heels, I also found out when looking at the pic that my work trousers were, ahem, not designed for that kind of thing!

God i always go up to the yard straight after work, cue: dresses, high heels, smart trousers, trench coat, white coat when i forget  i do always pop my wellies on with my dresses and skirts....but on one memorable occasion the kick-bar dropped down and i got locked in the stable with my boy....so very un- glamorously had to clamber up over the wall wearing slightly too short skirt hitched up so i could throw my leg over...and in the usually deserted yard who should choose that moment to drive up but the new farm manager - caught skirt round by my knickers, tights wellies and work blouse - ahhh:eek: at least i had tights on! haha
