Not bad for a chubby 15.1hhr - and ive been told that with spurs he jumps HIGHER but I never noticed a difference!- eek!! Please excuse the pink - I rode after being at work so its NOT horse clothing!!

And my mate posing on him - just cos. I know the saddle looks far forward, but it IS behind his shoulder - she has a 1st in equine studies so I trust her!

That looks like Ladymire?
Your position over a jump looks fine..perhaps you could fold a little more, but you'll probably find yourself doing that over bigger fences anyway.
You're a bit blurry too...but I'm assuming that you are normally clearly defined so it's not a positional fault

and a Well I believe - how obvious is that!?!

Well in the 1st pic he actually took off before I was ready (you can see he took off about 2ft earlier than in 2nd pic). But I was convinced I was sitting more upright than that!

To be honest for his jump, given that he can do a mean bunny hop, if I fold too much I get smacked in the face some times - lol. Although when it was 4ft + I do fold a LOT more. I don't have the greatest confidence jumping, but I do feel secure which I guess is the main issue - security and control

Oh, and I *think* I have an idea who Shildisar is!! I *think* I might have met them - but I think she is also The Stig!

Magic Melon - I also think I might know you! Well have met u!

I think you've got a great jumping position, I always fold too much myself so am envious of those who stay balanced like you, and your horse is LOVELY!
